Terms of Service & Liability Disclaimer

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from our company, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Acknowledgment

Customer authorizes our technicians to perform services on the listed vehicle. Customer confirms the vehicle is in suitable condition for service.

2. No Liability for Post-Service Issues

We are not responsible for any damage or issues that arise after installation, including but not limited to:

Electrical malfunctions
Sensor, alarm, or electronic interference
Glass stress cracks or breakage
Pre-existing conditions that worsen over time

3. Pre-Existing Conditions

Customer understands that older vehicles or previously modified vehicles may carry higher risk. We are not liable for any failure or damage related to pre-existing conditions.

4. Legal Compliance (Tint Laws & Modifications)

Customer is solely responsible for complying with all local and state laws, including tint percentages and placement.
We are not responsible for tickets, fines, inspections, or legal violations.

5. No Guarantee Against External Factors

We do not guarantee protection against:

Accidents
Weather damage
Wear and tear
Third-party modifications or repairs

6. Warranty Limitations

Any warranty provided covers installation workmanship only and does not cover misuse, neglect, or external damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of vehicle or loss of income.
